What Products Are Eligible for a Refund?

 

All products that you purchased in the United States (North America) come with a Provoto 45 Day Money-Back Guarantee.    Provoto will refund your purchase price, less any customization fees (ie embroidery, plaques, screen print, custom bags, shipping costs, etc. ).

 

How Can I Return a Product for a Refund?

 

  • You can easily return any Provoto retail product to the retailer from which you purchased it, subject to that retailer's return policy.  Return the product within 45 days of purchase date.

  • When returning directly to Provoto, Inc, follow the below instructions:

  • You must first obtain an "RMA" (Return Material Authorization") number directly from Provoto, Inc.  

  • You can do this by calling 408 712 0561 and/or emailing info@Provoto.com.

  • Provide a copy of your original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check.

  • Provide complete contact information, including your street address (sorry, no PO boxes), city, state, ZIP or postal code, telephone number, and e-mail address (if applicable).

  • Include all related paper work and manuals.

  • Provide the name and location of the retailer from which you purchased the product.

  • Explain briefly why you want to return the product for a refund.

  • Send the product in its original packaging, and all related materials via traceable means to our Return Center. For tracking and security reasons, all returns must be sent by Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, DHL, or certified and insured U.S. mail.

What Products Are Not Eligible for a Refund?

 

  • Product obtained through volume licensing or subscription (contact the reseller or distributor)

  • Product acquired for free 

  • Reseller/retailer and contractor products (contact your Authorized Provoto Distributor or Account Executive)

 

Timing and Process Information

 

All validated refund requests will be processed within 2–4 weeks of receipt by the Return Center. Failure to include all the required information may result in a denial of your request or a delay in the processing of your refund.
