Speed Ramp and Stimpmeter

The speed Ramp works the same as the Stimpmeter for calibrating and projecting the putt-line. Used for Precision putting platforms to set the desired path line. Fixed depository of balls for defining the putt-line's path on unknown topgraphical putting surface.
